3 – User Rights and Duties

3.1. 4 – Intellectual Property

4.1. 7 – Indemnity Waiver

The User will be fully responsible for any losses and damages, including legal expenses and attorney’s fees, resulting from their misconduct in using the service, violating these Terms and Conditions, or violating any rights.

8.1. Natixis does not provide any warranty, statement, or endorsement that the use of its services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The User agrees that Natixis may periodically remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice.

8.2. All our content and services are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Natixis be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use, or any claim related to the use of the services, including but not limited to errors and/or omissions in any content.

9 – Limitation of Liability

9.1. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that Natixis will not have any liability, whether contractual or non-contractual, for any patrimonial or moral damages, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of information resulting from:

In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation or discrepancy of a term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be Portuguese. Only the courts of the Porto District will be considered competent to adjudicate any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to their validity, interpretation, execution, and/or termination and their respective consequences.
